The customer had excess raw material available, which allowed us to expedite production. Without delay, after receiving the request we processed the order. Our team worked quickly and precisely, manufacturing the custom retaining ring to the customer’s exact dimensions and shipping it within 24 hours of receiving the request.

A nuclear power plant encountered an unexpected challenge during a critical valve inspection on a Saturday. The plant discovered that an oversized, silver-plated pressure seal ring was needed, but did not yet know the exact dimensions required.
